@Ali Meer congratulations. How did you find out your case was transferred to FO? did you raise a service request with Emma? Did you use ask emma at all? Was your case transferred to NBC first or did it start

@Permanent Resident I talked to a live agent while talk to emma they told me about it being at a field office. I did not raise a service request . my case was initially at nbc then moved to field office. when we talk to emma just type speak to a live agent. after 10-15 bad agents there was one more kind to share more infor rather than just generic response.

@Permanent Resident one week later received a notification online that card has been mailed. few days later of being mailed they share the tracking number on the portal and one week later from case approved to card in hand.
