After getting our application from 2022 denied we decided to seek legal help from a lawyer and boy did it pay off. We got greened in two months. My take away from this is if you can afford a lawyer, do it, it's well worth it.

the officer found that there wasn't sufficient evidence to support the I-130 even though we sent everything required. We didn't get the opportunity to have an RFE, just straight denial. Second time around with the lawyer we sent in a box of every single little thing which included stuff like pictures from the start of our relationship to now, social media messages and posts, love letters, screenshots of texts, letters from friends and family, bank accounts, insurance, health directives, and much more. Basically anything and everything that included the both of us. Lawyer's advice was to prove our relationship before marriage and after.
