@Kanye East do you understand the difference between “decisions on asylum interviews are paused” and asylee green cards processing/approval? It’s crazy enough without those spreading panic and misinformation.

@Eugenie C “USCIS has announced a halt to all asylum decisions: no asylum adjudications will be completed for the time being. The pause is reportedly ‘indefinite’, at least until new, enhanced vetting and screening measures are implemented. It appears to apply broadly to asylum decisions regardless of nationality. USCIS will not finalize asylum approvals or denials“
