@Deependra chaudhary I do not think my case was transferred to field office at all cause I sent my RFE to NBC address and 2 days after it was received, it got approved. just my thought

@Ann T. as soon as I got notification for RFE online- July 16, I was almost certain it was medical since it got expired. looked up civil surgen ASAP. Did medical on July 18th. Received RFE in the mail on 21st. Got envelope fron Surgen on 23rd and shipped it overnight but USPS did not delivered on time and was delivered on 28th.
