Greencard Approval Timeline
Hey everyone, I just wanna share my timeline cause seeing people getting done really fast gave me so much hope to have mine get done very fast as well… and it did even though I had an initial RFE for medical exam cause I waited until the flu season was over. I hope that the people’s cases who have been in this process for years are also finally finding a resolution soon! I know it’s super hard and I’ve been on many work visas for many years, had work visas being cancelled during Covid because my agencies were shutting down and hurry to get new ones during total lockdown and also had to withdraw an EB1 petition a couple years ago where I lost all the money on that etc. so even though this was fast it wasn’t easy at all! But so grateful it’s done! Everyone’s journey is different in immigration but I’m wishing you all the best and thanks for this good community and trying to help with valuable Infos!

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com
There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators.
Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community.
Search Inmigrate USA.
I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida.
Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien.
Thanks!!!

was your case moved to a near FO?
jaya rayaMay 15, 2024
@maria de oliveira no it doesn’t seem like it. any letter I’ve received came from the national benefits Center and that’s what was also shown on the uscis page for the approvals. I’ve only gotten the approvals for the I-485 and I-130 on the uscis page yet, not in person… but everything else did not come from a field office.

did you do anything on your end to help move process quicker ?
jaya rayaMay 16, 2024
@dekar brown I def had a really good lawyer I’d say… and they prepared my case and I also collected a ton of evidence and waited an extra 2-3months before sending it in to have especially all the financial docs which I believe are most important. And also instead of just sending in 10-30images I made an entire pdf with our entire timeline of our 5year relationship including photos w family, friends, travels, trips, flights w both our names, Halloween,Christmas
parties, invites for bday, weddings, letter/postcards addressed to both of us by our friends or parents w the stamps of dates, hotel tickets, concert tickets, emails between us about mundane things like what we need to fix in the apartment, an extra pdf w messages over the years 5-7 per year, from different months. I def went all out on the evidence I submitted to my lawyers.
