Greencard- Marriage Based
I have a question 🙋‍♀️, so my lawyer told me that marriage based greed cards will be conditional green cards no matter how much you and your spouse have been married, is that correct?

no it's not. If you've been married for more than 2 years then you get a 10 year green card.

no no, only if you’ve been married for <2 months, if so, your GC will be valid for 2 years and then you need to apply for “removal of GC condition” form I-751
