@tired from waiting did they request medical? I just got my vawa approved but still waiting for i485 pending

@F A no there is no interview for vawa,just for I-485 but I haven't heard for a long time that someone's intervirw was waived. Maybe they are not waiving it anymore. I just wonder was someone denied on I-485 interview and why

@F A they may waive your interview stay positive! who knows. even they do it it will not be about abuse I think. also I want to let you know it been a week since « new card produced » for me and nothing yet. I waited 32 months idk why this 2-3 weeks feels very slow 🥲

@idk 🙂 🥱 mine and @Mrkvica M. took 2 weeks to change to card was mailed. and mine took another 2 days to change to card delivered. so I will say you are good. you should get it in another 1 week and few days

@Anbu Itachi how long did it take to be interviewed from when they transferred your case. like how soon did you get rfe for medical? and how soon after that did you go for interview

@GC approved after long wait I can see they sent you rfe in Dec and you replied in January and got approved in March. how long after your case was transferred did you get the rfe?

case was transferred within a month after 360 approval.

mine is transferred from Vermont to Lee’s Summit (nbc , on August 4) and I had to send my medical there…they requested on August 23. 2023 and received my medical sept 26….now just waiting…nothing since then… (Vawa filled with I-485 together Sept 23. 2020, Vawa approved July 18. 2023)

@Niki D do you know where did they transfer your case?

why do you have to send medical to NBC ? don't you have to send it to field office?

they wasn’t transferred my case to my field office (yet) just to NBC after vawa approval.. And then requested to send my medical to Lee’s Summit NBC.. and I’m in South Florida…

@Niki D i think that a lot of people whose case was transferred to NBC had their interview waived

I have no idea…anything can happen….but I’m hoping for!☺️….we will see…🙏

Got my green card approved in October. It was vawa based and one day my lawyer just sent my green card to me

USC 7700 : they updated on USCIS case tracking / case status ….

@Davis C what additional document did you submit for your rfe for good faith marriage and cohabitation. I’m in the same boat as you

@Mi Mi Sorry haven't checked this page in a minute. For the RFE specific to my case they wanted a psychological evaluation, basically a report from the therapist that confirms my situation regarding VAWA.
