Green Card received
After 2 RFEs one for passport photos and the other for a vaccine for one dependent, I got approval on September 9th, and received my Green cards in the mail yesterday. Just about 23 months since submission, ROW, Filed concurrently at the time. Never got 1-131/Advance Parole approval.
Good luck to all waiting, I hope you all hear good news in October 2024.

@s p Thanks for sharing and congratulations! please why did you get RFE for passport photos? did you include all photos but was a different size/format?
I have passport photos with curved edges and FedEx said it’s okay but I was actually wondering if curved edges could be a problem lol - so please let me know why the photo RFE and which vaccine was missing - thanks!
Also did you ever get your I-765 EAD card? and how soon before green card

@s p congratulations. Could not getting approval for I-131/advance parole be a since that one would get approved?
I got EAD/I-765 but no approval for I-131 yet. My I-485 is also pending.

@Sodo 11 I did submit photos, but I filed in Oct 2022 so seems they either lost it or wanted updated ones. I submitted using the same provider CVS. The vaccine was TDAP and the requirement came up because my son turned 16 while waiting so at time of submission he didn’t have it so we needed to redo his medical. I got my EAD 6 weeks or so after I filed in Oct 2022.

@S D my lawyer thinks the I131 was denied because of the approval of the green card. It’s moot now anyway because green card received
