Green Card Production Delay.
I was approved for my Green Card since February 24 and it’s been 24 days since and card is yet to be produced since then, case still stuck at case approved. am not complaining cos I know a lot of people have longer wait to even get approved but just curious if anyone is in similar boat as me, does it take this long? or this is just a rare exception. am curious!

@kj ward try and schedule an appointment for stamp i551 , make up a reason like you need to see your family or if you need to prove status at work, they will schedule you for an appointment and then that’s when I asked the officer and they checked and fixed the problem with my case why my green card wasn’t produced. it’s not normal to wait more than 40 days for a green card to be produced. get on the phone and start calling them for that appointment

@kj ward good.

@kj ward when they call you, they will ask you for the reason and date you need it, the earlier you tell them the better, if you tell them you are traveling next month for instance or your work gave you 3 months to provide evidence, they tend you put you down in the queue , so in my own case, I told them am traveling next week so they schedule me asap

@Don T it's really ridiculous even when we are approved we still have a long wait...
