green card payment
after making payments for green card, Is it mandatory that the person arrives in the us before uscis send them the green card or do they start producing it after payment ?
just concern I payed my son fees he will be here next month

You would have been paroled in by CPB before your green card will ever start production.

after you come through immigration through airport then uscis will know your son is here then they will start process it by 2 to 3 week it will be in the mail
