Green card is approved while wife is in abroad
Green card and EAD is approved while wife is in abroad with H4 visa. How she will face the immigration when back to USA? She has canadain passport.

Talk to your lawyer, but you may have to courier the green card to your wife while she is abroad. Once the card/AOS is approved, the old visa is no longer valid. However, once she has the green card in hand on her side in Canada she can cross with that instead.
