@Bryan Trundle thank you! actually, USCIS doesn’t do interviews but my case was under the department of justice/ EOIR. that’s the way I took so it could be faster for me.

Good luck with your Interview sometimes they do sometimes they don’t but your PD Is 2018 that’s a long time ago. I applied mine in January this year and I have my biometric appointment and now only say show fingerprints were taken and my PD is current on the final action date. I hope I can get any answer soon.

@V Corea como hago eso para que mi caso lo revise un juez, el mío de tardado mucho con uscis ya 2 años

Si ya te tocaba, porque la verdad ya pasó mucho tiempo, igual que el mío es marzo 2021 y la última administración lo regresó las fechas para atrás y esta administración también regresaron las fechas atrás y yo también ahí llevo mucho tiempo esperando hasta que me tocó aplicar en enero con USCIS

@Daniel Sente Hable con su abogad@ y dígale que si USCIS tiene su caso que lo quiere transferir al departamento de justicia. EOIR para ser exactos. ahí se irán directo con el juez y no con inmigración.
