i485 interview or i360 interview?

what’s ur timeline,? you sent medicals already, and you have second biometrics after you vawa approved?

when did you apply for vawa

My Vawa was aproved back 2020 but I had removal order at court that took 4 years to terminated was my previous lawyer fuck up I do send my 485 June 2024 Lin

When I send 485 I did send my medical exames already that why I did not have any RFE when I submitted but unfortunately interview I wish that’s was not interview

@James Rodrigues I was scheduled for May as well the 19th. I tried to ask if anyone went and what was their experience. but they just ask questions about when I file etc.. just like they asked you . Nevertheless just go over your 1485 that what ima do!.best of luck. !! to you and my self!

@blessed nikay how was you interview ? my was great the officer did not asking anything about the abuser only thing at the end she said on couple weeks I get the mail she waiting on FBI background check not even ask me anything no paperwork nothing
