@Vawa i485 What’s your field office? Mine was approved in Dec 2022 too. Received an i693 medicals deficiency notice in Feb 2023. The letter said they will inform me when to send the medicals and/or bring it during the interview. Haven’t heard anything since then.

@Kanye East San Diego - CA… My medical is already with them and still valid.. Just hang in there.. I hope you will hear something soon too.. Btw, they did not update the interview scheduled on the website.. I got the mail with the date and time for the interview
