@v Bamba the second RFE was for I-130
-Joint Bank statement again
- Joint taxes again
- Joint mortgage/ lease agreements again
- Pictures of our wedding
- Pictures that show that we’ve been together since the wedding day.
Honestly, they already had everything but the pictures. But they still asked again

@w s thank you! I think the I-485 RFE from December 2022 was a mistake because they were asking for my husband’s paystub to prove he makes enough money to sponsor me which we’d already sent with the initial documents. They also had the wrong sponsor name on the RFE. someone must have been multitasking and sent the RFE to me instead of the correct person.
It took them 11 months to pick up my case again after that RFE was sent. So that’s why it took soo long.
