green card I-485 granted Asylum
hello everyone
I Applied for my I-485 in March 2023 and August 2024 I received a transfer letter one processing center to another. and After there is no update.
more then 3 years past.
is anyone has same delay ?
order to speed u p processing, we transferred the application o r petition ("your case") listed above to the following USCIS office for processing
VERMONT SERVICE CENTER, 38 River Road, Essex Junction, VT 054790001
That office will notify you in writing when they make a decision on your case or i f they need additional information.

file a mandamus. you can even do it yourself for cheap. you have a good case for that!

you’ve already waited for a long time. best option for you would be filing for a write of mandamus. However, it’s always best to talk to your attorney before taking this step. Good luck!!!

i have also been waiting from Aug 2023. I wanted to file a WOM but my attorney is not encouraging me to do that.

@human kindness same here, my attorney don’t recommend me to file a WOM, he said just wait patiently, this situation won’t last forever

why the attorney not recommending WOM, what is the worst case scenario???? the government will submit motion to dismiss and you will dismiss the case and continue waiting!!!
