green card holder applyed for i-130
Hey people willing to look for some help and support here. Two month ago I received an updat about that my case estimated time is 2 weeks for it to process and then it passed and had another message saying that “its taking to long then expected”. Waiting 11 months all ready it’s getting hard. Do you have any advise what to do in this case?
Also about the form for i-485 can I apply for it even with out having my i-130 approved?

F2A takes 3-5years. the myprogress tab does not work. check the bulletin to see if you can submit 485

i checked the bulletin and by the time frame i can submit 485.
