Green Card family based approved in 6 months
Hi,
Last week I arrived my card of GC.
No lawyer.
Married with citizen.
I came to US with tourism Visa (B2)
The interview was waived.
Time line:
03/01/23 - Applied for I-130.
03/04/23 - Send the I-485 package ( with I-765 and I-131).
03/06 - USCIS received the package.
03/17 - Receipt (for all forms)
03/22 - RFE I-130 (bc form I-130A was signed in wrong place) RFE I-485 ( medical exams)
03/22 - Upload the RFE I-130
03/24 - Appoiment notice for biometrics
04/14 - Biometrics
- I-485 and I-765 - Actively Reviewing
05/01 - Send the RFE I-485 (medical exams)
05/04 - USCIS received the RFE I-485
05/05 - I-130 - Actively Reviewing
07/12 - I request a inquery about the RFE (more than 60 days without answer)
07/26 - My case was transferred from NBC to Charlotte Office field
08/09 - I receive a email that my case was Reviewing by a officer
08/19 - I-130 Actively Reviewing
08/22 - I-130 Approved
09/07 - I-485 Approved
09/15 - I-485 Card produced
09/20 - I received my GC

Hi there, congrats! How should I make an inquiry? I'm close to 90 days without an answer on my RFE. Also, what's your nationality, please? I feel like that's relevant to how fast your process goes :)

Congrats not mad at you but this is why I always say USCIS needs to do something about their process cause there’s no way you can approve someone in less than 6 months whiles others are taking more than 2yrs. Something is just not right with their process.
