Green Card Delivered to Wrong Address
I have no idea what else to do. I asked Emma for the tracking number of my husbands green card and it said it was already delivered a week ago… I called the post office and it was delivered to another address. I contacted USCIS with e-request and they responded saying it was delivered to their address they had on file. but I have proof from the post office that it was mailed somewhere else. I submitted this as evidence with the I-90 filed under “card not recieved”. I’m so beyond upset.

if you have lawyer so Uscis send to your lawyer address not your address so contact with your lawyer

normally, if you have any attorney, they send the green card to them. safer that way. but if not, you might have to call USCIS
