green card delivered in system but I never received
my Green card was delivered according to post office and on the tracking I was delivered but I never received my documents and I never received a delivery at home. can anyone help me request a replacement card, if somebody have the same situation can share with me

call your post office first to make sure they didn’t have it still

then if they don’t have it. you can go online to uscis account-Tools-request a replacement card

If you live in an apartment complex, check concierge/front desk. If you have Prime lockers, check there too.

sometimes it say deliver and it's not sometimes you will get a slip to go pick up but wait until today for regular mail.. to see if it will pop up

If have attorney involved check if the attorney received it. Or maybe you put the wrong address or old one. But don't worry you gonna get it sooner

All my documents were delivered to my attorney which always forward them to me afterwards. Hence, if you have an attorney contact them to see if they received your documents.

hi everyone just inform you guys , post office sent my green card today, after 1 week , the website say delivered, delivery physical today 😀, I’m just happy 😊.
