Green card delay
A friend of mine was approved mid November, but still hasn't received the green card. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Do you know what is going on and why it takes so long? I myself got approved earlier this year and received mine within 2 weeks.

@Emma S. I have a friend who was approved in July and 3 months passed and he had not received it. and I called uscis and it was that the photo came out wrong. They took another photo and a month later they sent him his residence
