green card backdated
Hello guys, I received my marriage green card February 2024 . but it says I have been a resident since 05/05/2021 a date before I had even started my immigration process. I checked with the Uscis citizenship qualification on the website and it says I qualify already for citizenship , that I should go ahead and apply. has anyone seen this before? i will appreciate your contribution on this. thanks family

that's an error that I would report to Uscis..... because it probably can affect your citizenship

you have to report it!! I once got a work visa for 4 years instead of 3 and my lawyer reported it and got it changed cause it’s not right and you will get issues later if you act like it’s proper.
