@K M We came to the USA as tourists to visit family, and we saw a publication from the lawyer Colombo about EB2 and we began to investigate. We use the months of tourist permit to introduce the case concurrently with the change of status. Months of economic cuts and living on savings. We were not even a single day illegal for putting 140 with 485, but your nationality must be current in the uscis visa bulletin

@Gigi Jay We did not have an interview. We apply the i-140, a well-organized and easy-to-read file for the officer. You have to think that this file is going to be read by a human being who perhaps does not know about your career or area, you have to make it easier for them to read it instead of putting things that may not be understood because of how complex the area may be for that officer. If the officer reads and has no doubt, I think he does not need to interview you .

I’ve filed mine from my country and got approval for the petition. ds260 filled and got the documents qualified. now waiting for the consulate to schedule an interview. but I have a visitor visa to US and my dates are current. can I move the case to US if I file the adjustment of status from US?

If you had a B1 visa and approved NIW, how many day's you can stay in US

@Gigi Jay no, you can't come and “move” your case to the US. You are almost done! Your interview it's only the final step. Your Ds260 is the I-485 (in the US) so, just wait for your interview. I believe that you will get one soon and get ready to come to the US as a resident! Congrats!

@Matt T an I-140 don't give you any migration benefits. It's only one step for the path to a Green Card. Basically you can come to the US and stay no more than 6 months. But if you are in the US with B1 visa, your country boletin visa is current, you apply for NIW, and for a I-485, you can stay in the US all the time that your case is been processed. But only if you country is current and you applied to I-485 before 6 months in the US.

hi. because when a apply I-140 my country was Current in the visa bulletin, so at the same time I apply for I-485, I-765 and I-131. the 765 was approved the first month
