@Aklo Bango my case was approved in November! I got my interview date in the end of January! I would say 60 days after approval to get an interview date. The questions were all about my I485. If you have a copy of your 485, go over those questions starting from your name, your parents name, where you were both, your date of birth, where your parents are, name of your spouse, date of your marriage, if it was your first marriage, and that goes on with yes or no question from your application. She asked me for another form (it comes in your interview letter. I forgot the name of the form) and my medicals. I got arrested for driving without a license, so I took extra evidence from the courthouse and she did ask me for more evidence. I was ready to not have any RFEs to delay my approval.

Do not tell them stories about your life! It is yes or no questions and be straight foward! Yes or no. Do not lie and pay attention to the questions.

My attorney moved to DC, so she was going to be present eletronically on the phone, but the officer said NO, that I would have to reschedule to have her with me on the phone. I said no, I would refuse my attorney rights and do it by myself. My attorney was not present. But she did a interview simulation with me before hand. That helped me prepare for the interview a lot. I applied for VAWA in Oct of 2020. Vawa approved in Nov 2023. Interview letter January 2024 scheduled to March 05, 2024. Case approved today!

I just got “new card produced “ on I360 still not believing and wait feels forever 😒🙁cannot wait to get approval, I did not even wanna text my lawyer until the notification change lol to card shipped or until she will text me first idk 🤷‍♀️ still wondering ahah 😂 it this really happening

@idk 🙂 🥱 I can totally relate with you, when my case changed to new card produced, I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t know if I should shout or cry. I called my sister to inform her but she didn’t pick her phone. I kept on calling, on a normal day, I would have waited for her to call me back but because I couldn’t contain the joy, I kept calling till she picked up…lol. Due to the fact that I couldn’t believe if it was real or not, I had to check my status on another 2 more apps apart from lawfully, then again I signed into my uscis account to check again. Days after that update, I would still check on lawfully to make sure it’s still the same till my lawyer told me he has received my card. The whole thing feels surreal. I wonder what I will do when I get my green card 😀😀😀. Not easy at all, I’ve been on immigration journey since 2017. From ex husband filing i130 & i485, to having issues with him, to getting denied because of the problems he caused, to filing i360 and another i485, it’s been a rollercoaster but I’m grateful that I’m here today. #sorry for the long post#
