@Pretty Patient I presented a weak case at the begging and despite the interview was good, after two years I got a NOID. I replied with solid evidence and after six months I got the approval

@johns johns I responded a NOID even worst than a RFE. after the i130 approved I got an RFE for a medical exam

I replied on July 2023, got approval at the end of December 2023. Every case is different, hope you’ll get the approval soon

Dallas office @Tom Clarck and I just made a request for outside normal proccessing time I got responded yesterday that I should wait 90 days I’m tired this is third time I’m getting same response
