PD: May 21, 2021 I-485 Approved: June 13, 2025 Service Center: MSC RFE: Only for the medical exam (I-693) — previously submitted exam had expired Interview: Waived (No interview) Sponsorship: No changes – same employer throughout the process I’m happy to share that my green card has finally been approved! @Just A Cat Waiting For GC Thank you so much!!! I didn’t submit any service requests or contact anyone. I was just waiting, and then suddenly received the medical RFE notice. Once I submitted the updated medicals, everything moved pretty smoothly after that. I really hope you’ll get your update soon too🤞🏼

PD May 10 21 Congrats to you ! I want to ask you a question . Is it that you go in the Us and start working for your employer before you can actually get your green card if you are not already in the us ?

@Marion bless Thank you!! From what I understand, if you’re not already in the U.S., you usually need to wait until you get your visa and enter the U.S. before you can start working. You can’t begin working until you officially arrive as a green card holder. But I definitely recommend checking with your lawyer just to be sure!
