it’s hard to explain but I’m same path way with you they only send you receipt when they receive you green card application you did little mistake you spose to submit completed application including your madical

@Muhammad gul no I submitted the whole package including medical. I have a attorney Woh filed my complete application with everything appropriate.

@Muhammad gul The confusing thing is that my account has been charged first and haven’t received receipt yet.

because when I was submitted my application I received receiving by mail and received the letter for finger prints
