when did you file? I only file the i360 as well. should take around 3 years 😩

@sweet lins i filed Dec 2021. yes it takes 3 years for vawa. i just want to know if someone has filed adjustment after vawa approved.

Ifyou didn’t file concurrently check on the immigration office near you on the USCIS processing time website.

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ Form I-485 Family-based adjustment applications then you select the office near you

@sandra ivonne I am waiting I applied concurrently and have a I484 since 2020, lawyer said 6 to 8 moths here in Denver but it depend again! I wait 33 months so I think I can wait 8 more months. just apply for you I485 I think it will move faster than the one that were pending good luck
