green card after case being administratively close
how long after judge terminate your case you can get green card. I have i-130 approved and i-485 administratively closed because I had order of deportation. so if I get the order dismiss from judge how long it might take to get green card from uscis

I don't think my lawyer is doing a good job and she's very expensive so I won't share her info. she filed for PD with DHS since May 2022 and until now nothing then she wanted me to pay again for her to file the motion directly with judge so I said nope and filed on my own.

Thank you Sandra, people saying it can take months to get an infopass apt to bring judge notice and they might take a year after that to review case and send green card. I've been fighting to adjust status for 5years now I'm so tired,feel like giving up

God Bless it took me a year to get i-130 approved. i'm in NY and this was 2019 before Covid so I don't know if things have changed now

nope still nothing from the court. at this point I gave up

I finally heard from my lawyer today that case was dismissed. now I have to adjust through USCIS. here's the thing she want to charge me $9000 to adjust my status, is there any way I can do that on my own?
