Great News!
I wanted to say two things. The first is that about 5,000 people with priority dates in 2021 are waiting for their Green Cards through adjustment of status. If the consular number is the same or lower, maybe everyone from 2021 can get their Green Cards in the next fiscal year! The other thing is that it has been very difficult for me to find a sponsor for portability, but I will keep trying.

There are lots of Counslar processing cases pending, so I don’t think it will cover 2021 in the coming fiscal year. I hope it’s just 5k Counsular cases. If so then they might jump one year October.

@EB3 S i think in FY 2025 they’ll work for AOS, because they Retrogress and worked for a lot of consular cases in the past two years. The number of visas will be divided equally among different cases, they have used a lot of visas for Consular cases. Hopefully they’ll do it for AOS in FY 2025
Still Waiting Jul 10, 2024
Does the 5k AOS include dependents? Consular processing applicants have 3 dependents in general.
