Hey Tommy:) Got my RFE back in late Dec 2024. The main reason they send one is if you are lacking something in addressing the three prongs in the NIW VISA. I was lacking a lot of things because when I did the application, I didn’t know about the three prongs and how vigourous and detailed you need to be when explaining/providing evidence. One of my big issues was my “endeavour”. They explained in the letter that the job itself doesn’t cover the endeavour. You need to be specific about “how you yourself” will benefit the nation. I am a high school senior maths teacher so I wrote about how I want to help underrepresented groups in STEM such as Latinos, African Americans and backed it up with evidence about how they are underrepresented and my qualifications/proof how I can help them and how it benefits (in the best interest of the nation). The rfe could be anything from birth certificate to proof to show u maintain status or evidence on the prongs. Just relax, read the rfe well to understand what they are asking
