I had a LIN number if that’s what you mean. Yes did all vaccines including Polio which has been recently added. some childhood vaccines are not required if you are adults but my kid took all ; she was anyways given that by her pediatrician

@pk jain Hi, I upgraded my I-140 to premium processing recently. Based on current trends, once the I-140 is approved and the priority date is current, how long is it typically taking for the I-485 approval (green card) these days? I’m seeing mixed timelines, so wanted to check with others who recently went through this. Thanks!

Hi for the polio vaccine IPV vaccine is required. i am not sure if I took these during my childhood ( likely took drops then). so took the dose during my medical and was good to go

about timelines. my priority date retrogressed after being current. so likely they had everything ready before my date became current again. I have my card approved within a day or two I sent my RFE . but for fresh cases i think the verification etc would take longer i guess - more closer to the current processing time of 8-10 months

congratulations…. My case is with MSC, PD Mar 22 concurrent filed Medical too.. RD is Jun 2022… case is still in CRP.. No updates yet.. raised SR witch got closers with standard response…

it’s a draw of luck who they pick up for processing. my earlier medical had expired which i filed in Dec 22. so had to provide again. now the MEDICALs don’t expire. You can litigate if you wish to , i have heard that on you tube. but check with your lawyer ( i have limited knowledge)

@RR Y How was your interview? What questions did they ask and what was the duration of interview? Did they ask for medicals to be done again?

I had given a detailed update on interview here in an earlier post. Interview is standard just going over the I 485 questions checking the documentation and few questions about the job responsibilities just to reconfirm nature of job. Same for dependents- about marriage where when etc

@pk jain - Congratulations for your GC approval. my PD is NOV22.i just submitte response for my medical rfe on 03/06. may I know how long did it take for you to see the status update online as rfe response rec'd and then from there how may days it took for approval? thanks in advance

@Green Man the update of RFE received happened in 2 days after the RFE was received. approval happened in 2 days more. so total of 4-5 days. i was surprised by the speed. but great for me. hope it’s the same for you guys

@Neel K it should happen soon enough. maybe get your medical ready if not already done. you can send them after the RFE arrives immediately without wasting time.

@pk jain Did you do anything different to get medical rfe? when did you submit medical earlier was that in 2023? how is it the medical was triggered? I am sure when you contacted uscis to check the status they must have confirmed that no additional documentation needed and it’s complete before adjudication. were you ever told that you might receive medical at some point to when you would need to resubmit? if you could help me understanding that will be great . I am just lost in the process.Thank you

@Be positive My earlier medical was submitted in Dec 22. since at that time the medical expired in 2 years i was expecting a RFE. post the cut off dates when medical forms are now valid indefinitely don’t think one would get a medical RFE anymore. my case was different because 2022 medical forms expire
