Good News for VAWA applicants
I am applying for VAWA based i485 again & the lawyer told me there’s no fees now. I checked it in detail online, just to be sure because you can’t blindly trust lawyers.
So starting 1st April 2024, there’s no fees for VAWA or VAWA based i485. No fees for EAD or Advance Parole either.
Several other categories were mentioned too but I only checked for VAWA. My i485 was denied a few months ago & I am in the process of applying for a new i485 (VAWA approved already). I was already under stress that I had to pay another $1400 for my new i485. This definitely helps a little. Thank God.

immigration send me a request for additional evidence 2times,but my lawyer didn't receive it because they don't see her address I don't know why now I'm scare cause I waiting since 2021 and now just for address immigration can deny my case.what can I do please

Thanks for the information! Hopefully your I-485 gets approved for good. Question, did anything change to your I-360 approval when your I-485 was denied?

@Kanye East i need to renew my EAD, what category should i choose c9 or c31? i have 2 EADs one from C9 which includes Parole and one from Vawa? both will expire soon.
