hi… how did you contact to a live person?? Because everytime i contact emma it’s says to go to a section and search about case on my own .. and never transferred to a live agent..

don’t trust Emma what they said isn’t accurate

@pardeep s i saw “ask Emma” on the uscis website. I selected it and follow the options given until I saw chat live

@Dolou mate I believe the chat because my case is actively being reviewed and my possessing time is 2 months so it makes sense.

@pardeep s if you want to live chat with representative then you donot select any option .just write there talk(chat ) to representative sometime she will reply try later on then you need to write down….no I will wait and she will connect to representative .you must have your receipt number and other information .good luck
