I got the rfe for the medical like 4 days before they approved the i130, 2 and a half months later I got the approval. my status updated 2 days before it was approved..

it depends on the field office also..I don't have the actual time. but 8 or 9 months in all.

once they send the rfe for medical, your interview will waive 95% of the time...
