I will do that yes it’s been at our Sacramento field office since Aug 2023 I hope we get it soon I would have rather had interview since the beginning instead of all these rfe for Medicals the other rfe was our fault for forgetting to give an explanation on a question on 485 form which was what we replied too this past Thursday I’m guessing our response wasn’t enough and they need more details

I asked 3 live agents yesterday and all of them answered me same that my case has been transferred to the field office and the interview has been waived, This is very very stressful but the only thing you can do is to ask agents and try to chat 3 different times and make sure all of them provide the same info. Let's hope for the best.

@AD M yes that’s the confusing part when comes to Emma some will say yes some will say they don’t see anything on there end I guess all we can do is wait and see what they need next 😅

Yes if they already asked for medical then I'm 99% positive there will be no interview but still ask live agent about it.

unfortunately when they transfer a case to a field office, the applicant may be asked the same documents or more he/she previously joined to the application. But it means at the same time your case is moving. send everything they requested. you can also directly contact the field office, not Emma.

Yes maybe if you are not providing docs online but if you are uploading them then you are good

@Annie k my husbands was at case decision since last November it went back to attend interview after the glitch when it said completed for almost over a yr so idk if they changed there mind or what’s going on just stressful to see it go backwards 😭when we already provided everything for them to make a decision I just hope we don’t have to wait another yr for a response

I wouldn’t fully trust what Emma says because I spoke to six different agents who all confirmed that my interview was waived, but I still ended up having one. It might be different for everyone, but I’d suggest not relying on her word completely to avoid any potential disappointment.

I feel you! after the glitch my time to decision jumped from 2 to 17 months, and then went down slightly to 15 months. But based on what people are saying, who knows if it’s accurate? hang in there.

I just noticed went down to 11 months but still stayed step 3 when it was on step 4 for almost a yr but yes all we can do is wait 🤞 @S D
