Getting frustrated
Filed for VAWA in july 2020. Vawa approved in March 2023. Received RFE for medicals from NBC in April 2023. Response confirmed in May 2023. Got rfe for Biometrics from NBC for my older son in June. Biometrics done on Jul 31, 2023. Since then I have not heard anything. PD is April 2019. Anyone has a case with Chicago Field office? My attorney sent inquiry last week. I haven't heard back from them. The wait is now killing. I lost my nephew about a month ago. My heart is really home now.

i suppose oct visa bulletin has final action dates till 1 feb 2019, so you might have to wait untill the final action date becomes current if you were/are married to LPR

@Nick A so I scheduled an InfoPath appointment. I got to know that my case has been transferred to Chicago field office and it's under review. #mixed feelings # looks like I will be scheduled for interview.
