What do you mean Generic RFE? Officers are humans reviewing documents from other humans. Sometimes is luck, sometimes it’s about a strong case or good lawyer. I recommend you to read carefully your RFE and get extra information/evidence plus good communication with your lawyer. Maybe the officer didn’t bother to review the original petition but if they asked for more evidence just give them what they want. You’ll be alright if you understand what I said. Cheers

thank you. @George Simons. the rfe challenges the endeavor and perhaps its was too technical for him to digest. usually in Rfe an officer would acknowledge the evidence already provided. there is no such thing. just the copy paste wordings of your evidence could not establish the national importance , substantial merit etc.

If he challenged the endeavor isn’t a big thing… as I said above : maybe he didn’t bother to review all your documentation detailed , and one more thing : He isn’t familiar with your career, so I recommend you to open their eyes and make it more simple , also get extra information and remember: they’re humans reading humans plans .
