General introduction
Hi guys I hope you’re all doing well and waiting for the approvals patiently. my name is Titus Robinson and My Wife recently filed for me and I just wanted to know if there is anyone here who has filed an I-130 recently ? just wanted to get to know you guys and maybe make some friends along the way who are in the same timeline as me!
I know it’s going to be a long wait since it’s Vermont SC also please do let me know if any of you recently got their application approved from Vermont in particular would love to know your timeline for estimations.

@Titus Robinson Yessaya We sent the documents on February 6th 2024 and they are Actively reviewing my petition since February 12th 2024, my petition is from Colombia and still waiting

Hi! I'm not 2025. I submitted in February 2024. But I was going to suggest that since your wife recently filed, maybe you guys should consider filing the K3 petition as well. It won't get approved, but could potentially bump your I130 case up and be processed more quickly. It's better to do it within the first month of filing your I130, and doesn't cost anything additional besides the postage fee. As long as you have your I797 confirmation that USCIS has received your petition, you can file it~ good luck to you!

Hello! my husband filed for me on the 29th jan 2025. Its a terribly long wait to be together, but our time will come to be with our other halfs :) did you file electronically or did you send it all in the post?
