GC Interview 12/18
Please give me some guidance
I am going to have a EB3 interview on 12/18, however my priority date is Jan 21, 2022 but the Final Action Date for EB3 is Dec 01, 2021. So what will happen after the interview? Can I still get a green card if approved after the interview?

still going to be CRP after interview, but you stand high chance of getting GC immediately you become current.

If im not wrong they use DOF for I485. Look in the visa bulletin.

You have to wait until your PD is current. The dates for filing is for filing only. Use the final action chart for the issuance of GC
