still go and do your medical! go on the uscis website site and find a uscis surgeon. so when u do get that rfe medical u have it. once done ask your lawyer to send it off for you @peace .

they asked me for medicals after 7 months vawa approved

@peace . Go get your medical done, I didn’t got any RFE during my vawa period, 3 months after approval I got interview date, I brought my medical with me and they did asked for it, so please go get yours done

I filed separately and once my VAWA was approved, then I filed my i485 and included my medicals with it. @peace . you filed concurrently and your VAWA is approved i agree with @Approved GreenCard go ahead and still get your medicals done and once you receive the RFE you already have yiur medicals to submit. I believe medicals is valid for 2 years I think.

i just got my RFE for medical. make sure to keep reaching out to your lawyer because USCIS send me the RFE without an update of RFE or CASE TRANSFER. only my lawyer got the mail.

what is the average cost for doing a medical. i know prices could be different just an average amount is what I'm requesting 😕

do not submit any documents that has not been requested by Uscis. it will just delay your case.

@survivor p I know that but I didn't know that some people were still told (or they did that by themselves) to file their medical with all other paperwork. Most attorneys advise against that. But, it is what it is - I feel sorry for them because they have to pay again 😔

@restoration 2021 I paid 350$ up front but i do have health insurance that should or will cover anything vaccines etc that I might need. call around until u find a cheap one.. some charge 250$ and don't take insurance they want u to pay for every vaccines.

@survivor p ; I knew you did work in attorney office, i have question! my vawa got approved on February 2024 , I got approval notice but not ead c31 . on my approval notice wrote , I am not eligible to have ead because I didn’t request it at beginning of my application. i asked from some attorney, they said yes , in 360 form there is one part asking for it , probably my attorney didn’t crass it . however on july 2024 , I mailed the a package which had a new 765 form and my approval notice 360 , and my cover letter, and explained to officer , basis on my approval notice I didn’t request ead at beginning, now I am requesting to have it , uscis approved myead c31 on September 2024 and have it on September 26,2024 . yesterday I got an update on my approved 360 , which was wired, new card being produced. why they did this update? I called uscis even agent didn’t know 😂😂😂 do you have any idea? that could be mistake? or could be officer want to do update on my pending 485 , did it on my approved 360 ? but my 485 is in Charlotte, 360 is Vermont office

@Hope Hope I believe that’s a glitch in the system or they will send you second was under C31 😂😂 nothing to worry, I don’t think it’s related to I-485
