Frustrating
This wait is certainly frustrating. I can’t see how persons who filed after with similar cases are being approved while I can barely get any movement on my case. It has been a whole 11 months and 12 days since I responded to RFE and no action since. Like when is it gonna be 🙄🙄

@Kiki 876 Same! We are nearing the 500day wait mark. I'm seeing cases from October this year that is being approved. USCIS is not following any system, obviously. I'm just wondering what "basis" they use.

I’m sorry. I know it’s not fair. I’ve only been waiting 6.5 months but seeing those approved in 2-3 months is infuriating for real. I just wish there was a realistic timeframe set instead of the lies on my progress. and that cases were reviewed in the order received based on priority etc.

@Kiki 876 Yep… frustrating to see cases approved in a week or two…. they just approve a bunch of applications in different blocks to make their stats look good… it’s also infuriating to see 30,000 cases approved per week for the initial green card and then only 30 I-751s….

It’s frustrating and depressing, I filed in June,21, interviewed in Dec,22 work permit approved in mar,22
it’s gonna expire in 3 months and still no decision.

Every case is unique. Some are easier to process than others. No 2 cases are a like. Don’t take anything personal. Relax, Breathe, and Stay Calm. Your time will come just like everyone else.
