@mahrukh farooqi I had no idea that it was transferred and wasnt even notified , i spoke with a live agent today on their website and he said it was redirected the same day I submitted my case .. even though the recipient notice came from Texas service center ! 🤷🏻♀️ i dont know whats going on !
