Found mistake on i485
Hello all,
My 765,131&130 is already approved.
I have i485 interview on march 25, 2024.
I went through my copy of i485 application form and I found a mistake on the yes no question.
Have you EVER been denied a visa to the United States?
Yes, i was denied 2 times in my F1 (student) visa in 2016 but i got approved on 3rd time.
I believe i told yes to the lawyer, but they made a mistake and put NO.
now what guys??
How can i fix this error.
will there will be problem on interview????

That's not a problem! at the interview you have to say it was a mistake and you have been denied before. I had the same mistake (together with other mistakes) and that wasn't an issue as long as you correct during the interview

When you get there before the interview starts let the officer know

@s s 3 or 4 days. It was back in 2020. And I would strongly suggest to not hide any mistakes on your application form regarsless if they ask you or not.

@God is,good i think we should tell officer when we know we made the mistake. I think that should be the smart call.

I485. My 130 was approved before that. I have not heard of anyone getting 130 interviews.

they will go thru the yes or no questions with you during the interview , remember to correct that
