hello lawfully people… so today I received several notifications on both forms .1485 went into active review on the 2nd October and today again. when I checked spouse account aproval notice i130) and the for the i485 the sent a RFE but its the same one from last February requesting 1864….. my question is would they approve 130 if they needed that or it’s an error? I have not done medical yet… any input would be greatly appreciated TIA

you need to send Rfe or the decision won't go in your favor

that notice is probably old. the new RFE will probably take 5 days to show up… so check again. most likely it’s for the medical which you know you need to send them @LivingbyFaith 2019

Do the medical report asap , it valid for 2 years long . and they will not approve you without it .
