no bio Dec 10th

guy what was your update on your case after biometric

I did my bio at Dec 2 and just today my EAD application showing new card produced

got biometrics December 21, 2020 and still waiting for ead

@kanon after Bio dec 10th we got “ready to be scheduled for interview” and that’s been it since.

@R92 same thing ,I thought my case has a problem but I'm not alone so it feels good

@kanon we’ve had no RFE’s, filed everything i130, i485, i765 together marriage based, and I’ve lived in the US for 9 years in student status, so I already have SS and Driving license etc.. We presumed things would move along fairly smoothly.. Sadly we were wrong, but there’s a lot of people like us still waiting just to be able to work again, let along getting an interview scheduled anytime soon 😕
