How do we answer to the question #61 in the I485? Are we supposed to say yes or no?
"Are you subject to the public charge ground of inadmissible under INA section 212(a)(4)?

It depends on the preference category which you are intend to adjust with @J B

The answer is YES for everybody except people in special categories like asylees, refugees, special immigrant juveniles, Afghan and Iraqi interpreters, and VAWA.

hi Guys! I got RFE for the same. how to address in a best possible way for eg. total value of household asset, household liabilities ( in us and back home), household income.
Does it remains same for all family members including childrens under 21 under the same roof?

@SK EB1-A I got the same RFE. how long did it take for your to get approved after you send them the corrected 485? did you submit anything else ?
