did you file this together with your approved I-824? have you contacted uscis?

Hi @flexi o the I-824 is not approved yet. It was submi for an action on approved application.

@Mr Whiz the I824 can be filed together with the I-485. I know it's not approved from your post. my question: did you file the I824 as a combo application when you submitted your already approved I-485?.

@flexi o It was filed around February of 2024 after filling for I-485 which was submitted around October of 2023. It wasn’t filed together.

did you pay? if yes, how mich

I am on same boat (( have my GC approved in April 2024 now filled I-824 for my kids to bring them here
