form I-751
I just sent my form I-751 to uscis and they received it on January 26th, does anyone know how long does usually take for them to make a decision what is the time frame?

this could be years. The receipt is likely to give you a 4 years extension. I recommend that 90 days before the 3years mark of being a PR, once you remain married, file for citizenship. this will like come true faster and speed up the I-751.

average of 2-4 weeks . I sent my own and I have received the receipt but my lawyer said she has received her copy . mine was sent January 13 and they received it January 16

for decision, it depends, I have seen some people on this platform got theirs within 90 days; within 1 year , some over 1 year some are over two years and some over three. I think it depends on the favor of God. for the fact that some people received their after 3 years do not mean yours will delay . just pray for favor, which I believed you will get as I am being favored too.

yeah people getting approved on the fly are generally military people. otherwise it’s close to a year or several years

I filed for mine in May 2023 and started being in the review phase in October 2023 and now I’m still awaiting an update

file mines on Nov 02 and got approved Feb 2 3months to be exact was actively being reviewed by Nov 8 just pray, god always work out in ur favor cause after I was approved my son I-130 was approved 2days after which took 3 years, so just keep the faith

congratulations they received mine on January 26th and started on actively reviewing on February 2nd hopefully I’ll be lucky enough and it won’t take too long @CeCE G
