it could be a missing apt number or something… call USCIS and confirm they have the correct address then have them resend the mail and if it’s a request have them email you a copy as well. Sign up for informed delivery at USPS.gov so you can get a screenshot of any and all mail that way you are able to know what to expect in your mailbox. Best of luck

same thing happend to me log into ur account and click where it says request for notice n mention reason u didnt receive it. n update ur address u can do it online I did mine n n notice got delivered in 1 week it was extension for vawa for 6 months
